Recently rated by IDJ magazine as one of UK Hip Hop's rising stars, Maniphest has performed at numerous club nights throughout Europe including Scratch, Breakin Bread, Fabric, Detonate and Spread Love. Maniphest has performed at music festivals including Essential and Glastonbury alongside artists such as DJ Yoda, Aim, The Nextmen, Quantic, Andy C, DJ Zinc, Blade, Boca 45, Andy Smith and the Scratch Perverts.
Alongside the turntable dexterity displayed at countless venues Maniphest's work as a producer includes the legendary 'Scratch Samba' released on Manchester's Fat City label, a track that received critical acclaim from magazines such as Mixmag, DJ and Wax and praise from artists such as Mr Scruff and Groove Armada.
Maniphest has also released music on two volume's of San Francisco based Bomb Hip Hop's legendary 'Return Of The DJ' series (Q-Bert/Mixmaster Mike/Z-Trip) as featured in the legendary turntablist movie Scratch, appearing on both occasions alongside former DMC UK champion Mr Thing.
Maniphest is currently working on new music scheduled for release in 2006.
